"Metik Sekar Jogja", "Panen Raya" The Implementation of Project P5 Theme 2

Today, December 15, 2023, the Pancasila Student Profile Project Theme 2 with the theme of Local Wisdom entitled Metik Sekar Jogja took place. The concept of "Sekar Jogja" is linked to the concepts of beauty, fertility, and serenity, which are frequently connected with Yogyakarta and its culture. 

All grade X, 9 classes, “fase E''conducted this project by performing The Teladan acapella dance, a mass “Sesgrakan” dance performance, and the soldiers' bregada. All of them are all part of the Colossal Performance. The facilitators’ team directed and assisted all the students that participated. 

"I feel amazed, ma'am. While working on this project, I learned to hone ideas with my friends, as well as creating costume ideas that are zero cost and utilize waste," stated one of the students from X E class.

It is expected that by conducting the P5 initiative, The students as Jogja citizens will gain a better understanding of, appreciation for, and ability to promote arts and culture based on Javanese wisdom. (Rbn)
