THE PRINCIPAL ASSOCIATION OF NTB PROVINCE VISITS “TELADAN” : WE WANT TO LEARN FROM THE BEST SCHOOL IN JOGJA

Yogyakarta, 20th February 2024. SMAN 1 Yogyakarta got a visit from the Principals Association. This committee was commanded by Dr. Muhammad Hidlir, the head of the NTB Province High School Development Division. This association was also joined by the administrator and Head of Regional Offices of West Nusa Tenggara Province Educational Service.

"We want to learn school management from SMAN 1 Yogyakarta, which is one of the greatest high schools in Jogja. "We can discuss it so that this knowledge can be considered when we all lead our schools," stated Mr. Lalu in his address.

The agenda was attended by 65 school principals from across the NTB province. "Actually, we are worried about what could be imitated from this TELADAN High School, but we are happy for the visit. I have around 8 months of full duty left, so I remember what I might have done to TELADAN High School. Thank goodness, it turns out to be valuable too. "Start improving the system to make it more systematic, transparent, and open to support mutual progress," remarked Drs. JUMADI, M.Si in a warm response.

Ms. Sri Lestari, M.Pd., gave a presentation that continued the agenda. She is the Deputy Head of the Management Curriculum at SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. "We have heterogeneous input and heterogeneous parents. Thank God, every challenge in establishing a school program involves the support of the students' parents, who guarantee the program is implemented," she remarked.

The audience was eager to learn about Cambridge Class regulations, students' interests in higher education subjects, and teacher working conditions. (RBN)
