FROM DEPOK TO JOGJA, SMA N 1 DEPOK WEST JAVA DOES STUDY VISIT TO SMA N 1 TELADAN

Yogyakarta, 24th of November, 2023. Sixty teachers and employees of SMAN 1 Depok, West Java visited SMA N 1 Yogyakarta along with the Committee Management and School Supervisors.

"The purpose of this visit is to do a benchmarking Study and discuss the implementation of the independent curriculum," says Mr. Usep Kasman, M. Pd, the principal of SMAN 1 Depok.

The Principle of SMAN 1 Yogyakarta, Drs. Jumadi, M.Si says, "We have been implementing the Merdeka Curriculum for 1 year, fortunately, we have been given the trust by the Teacher Mobilization Center to hold an exhibition at BBGP last Tuesday. Along with this visit, we hope that we can learn from each other, considering that SMAN 1 Depok was already in its second year of implementation of the Independent Curriculum”.

The visit was then continued with further presentations done by Mr. Jumadi about other school programs. After the presentation was over, the guests did field study around the school environment.
